2005 Funding and Operating Guidelines
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) will continue
to apply National Institutes of Health (NIH) cost management guidelines
in making Research Project Grant (RPG) awards. Until the NIH budget
for Fiscal Year 2005 is finalized the NHLBI will adhere to the
NIH-wide funding guidelines proposed by the Extramural Activities
Working Group.
