SUBJECT: STIP Meeting


The final agenda for the February 3-5 STIP Meeting follows [see above]. We hope that you all will make plans to attend as we continue to chart the future of the Department's STI Program.

We have been able to obtain a revised room charge rate from the Crystal City Marriott. The room charge is now $124 per day including tax which is the current per diem rate. Remember to make your reservations as soon as possible, but no later than January 12. the phone number of the Crystal City Marriott is 703-413-5500. Please refer to the DOE-STIP Meeting when making reservations.

Because several people have expressed the inability to attend two STIP meetings in the D.C. area this Fiscal Year, this will probably be the only one--except perhaps for a shorter meeting in Oak Ridge in conjunction with INFORUM 98. So please make your plans to attend accordingly.
