Parks as Classrooms logo

In this popular program, school classes spend one to two hours of discovery and exploration with a park ranger. The materials presented correlate to the California State Frameworks and include a National Park Service message of protection and preservation.

Spring classes focus on bears; fall classes focus on local Indian culture. Most material can be adapted for groups with special needs.
