The Office of Administration is responsible for human capital planning and analysis, competitive sourcing program management, emergency management, employee development and training, space management and other service-wide managerial and administrative functions. The FAS Order adds responsibility for internal and external communications to this office, enabling FAS to communicate consistent internal and external messages.
