I read the proposed guidelines with great interest since I'm a hearing disabled person who has been waiting years for something to be done about hearing access on cruise ships. The new guidelines are better than nothing but I was disappointed that once again 99% is devoted to mobility and vision access with very little detail about what's to be done to help people hear what's going on on the ship.
