PREVENTIVE TASK FORCE
:: Develop, Disseminate and Support Models for Ongoing Community Health Assessments

The Community Health Assessment Workgroup was tasked with exploring the need for and methods of developing a Community Health Assessment to provide tribal communities with timely, accurate and useful health status information. The workgroup will also identify a strategy to provide ongoing support to these communities.
