Returning lost property to Oklahomans is one of the more satisfying public services I provide.

My job is to find the rightful owners, or heirs, of unclaimed funds, stocks and contents of safe deposit boxes. Oklahoma businesses bring unclaimed property to my office for safekeeping as required by law.

We might have money for you from dormant checking and savings accounts, unpaid wages and commissions, securities, cash dividends, uncashed money orders, utility deposits, refunds, and other types of property. Land and buildings are not included.

There is no charge for making a claim and there is no time limit on claiming your property!
