COMPLAINT REGARDING INVENTION PROMOTERDATE OF CORRESPONDENCE: December 10, 2004Name of the Invention Promotion Company: Davison & Associates Invention Promoter's Address: 595 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2911 Complainant's Name: Jamal Saleh Complainant's Address: 766 Bateswood #14, Houston, TX 77079 Customer's Name: WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Inventor's Digest Magazine Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Prototype, licensing, packaging Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: I submitted a patent so that Davison will develop a prototype according to the patent functionality and shape. Davison could not make the prototype as per the patent and suggested another design. Later I found that someone else could make the prototype per the patent. I request that they change the prototype to match the patent and they requested $8,000 in addition to the $12,000 that I had paid previously. See attached communication for details.
