The first public meeting of a blue ribbon panel created by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to review and make recommendations on GSA's pricing policies took place May 5 at the American Institute of Architects in Washington, D.C.

Created in late March under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Multiple Award Schedules Advisory Panel reviews and makes recommendations on the methods GSA uses to negotiate prices and award federal contracts for commercial products and services. The 15-member panel of government and industry experts will accept public comments during a series of open meetings in Washington, D.C.
