For ASG staff who are considered Agents in the new Customer Service Inquiries tool. This tool is being developed to provide web self-service for CMS staff through a repository of Frequently Asked Questions, as well as provide a mechanism to tracking and escalating incident or inquiry management. Agenda and user manual will be distributed at the training. There are multiple sessions offered. You only have to attend one session.
