The US Fish and Wildlife Service is please to announce that the final Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP), the 15-year management plan, for Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge was signed on July 24, 2006 by the Service's Southeast Regional Director, Sam Hamilton.
