This division is responsible for supervising the administration of the assessment and taxation of approximately $120 billion worth of property in Oregon.
We have oversight responsibility for the assessment and taxation programs in all 36 counties.
We appraise industrial, public utility, railroad and transportation properties.
We administer the timber tax, oil and gas tax, private rail car tax, and senior citizen tax deferral programs.
We supervise and administer the compliance of Oregon's ad valorem property tax and cadastral mapping system. | |
