2Q/08: In July 2008, it was discovered that Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) failure #806 for ANO-2 (which occurred in November 2005) should have been flagged as a Cooling Water System MSPI failure. Effective as of the 2nd quarter 2008 submittal, failure record #806 was changed to reflect a valve demand failure for Service Water Sluice Gate 2CV-1471-1. This did not result in any color change in the ANO-2 Cooling Water System Mitigating System Performance Indicator.
