Where to purchase Interagency Recreation Passes

 

Payette River Pass

The Middle Fork Payette River is a Fee Demo site. River passes are required. Passes are $3.00 per day or $20.00 for the season. The passes allow you to park and use the facilities at Deer Creek, Danskin, Banks, Banks Beach, Chief Parish, Beehive Bend and Deadwood Campground river access sites.

The passes are available at the Emmett and Lowman Ranger District Offices, the Garden Valley Guard Station, and the Interagency Visitor Center in Boise. Other sales outlets include Banks Store, Boise Army Navy Store, Cascade Outfitters, Cascade Raft Company, Garden Valley Store, Idaho River Sports, Ponderosa Sports, and REI. Day passes can be purchased at the river access sites.

Golden Passports give holders discounts at federal recreation sites.

picture of Interagency Annual Pass - Click on the image to learn more.The Interagency Annual Pass is honored nationwide at all Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and US Fish & Wildlife Service sites charging entrance or standard amenity fees. The Interagency Annual Pass is $80 for a year pass and is available to the general public. More information on the Interagency Annual Pass

picture of Interagency Senior Pass - Click on the image to learn more.Interagency Senior Pass gives a 50% discount on some expanded amenity fees like campgrounds (does not include hookups for water/sewer/electricity), highly developed boat launches and swimming sites and for specialized interpretive services. (More Information). This is a $10 lifetime pass and is available to persons over 62 years of age. More information on the Interagency Senior Pass

(More Information). This is a free lifetime permit that is issued to US citizens with a permanent disability. You must apply for these passports in person and bring proof of blindness or permanent disability. More information on the Interagency Access Pass

You can purchase any of the three passes at most Forest Service and BLM offices and at National Parks. In Boise, you can buy them at the Interagency Visitor Center at 1387 Vinnell Way, Boise, ID 83709. (208) 373-4007.
