Draft of the FYs 2009-2011 NIDCD Strategic Plan
Public Comment Period: September 19 – November 14, 2008
The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) is updating its research Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2009-2011. A draft of the NIDCD Strategic Plan (PDF; get Adobe Reader) is now available for public review and comment. The public comment period will last until Friday, November 14, 2008.
We would greatly appreciate your feedback on this scientific document, which represents the most promising cross-cutting research areas represented by the NIDCD. The NIDCD Strategic Plan presents a series of goals and objectives that serve as a guide to the NIDCD in prioritizing its research investment to keep current with the state of the science and advances in the field of human communication research.
