Registration is required to view the solicitations, but registration is free.

Albuquerque e-Procurement System

The closing date and time for receipt of offers are indicated for each solicitation. Questions on any solicitation are to be directed to the issuing Senior Buyer. Offers will not be accepted after the closing date and time. This policy is strictly observed!

Request for Quotes

Request for Quotes (RFQs) are for the purchase of goods and services between $1,000 and $10,000.

Requests for Bids

Requests for Bids (RFB) have clearly defined specifications and the award is based solely on the lowest price meeting the specifications. Full details of all current Requests for Bids are available for free to everyone. 

Requests for Proposals

Request for Proposals (RFP) involve situations where the award cannot be made on lowest price alone. Proposals are primarily for services, or include services, and a scope of services is provided by the City. Responses are evaluated by a committee with a predetermined evaluation criteria that encompasses more than price and allows for evaluation of proposals best accomplishing the scope of services. Full details of all current Requests for Proposals are available for free to everyone.
