Required:
Bachelor's degree, proven analytical ability, strong written and verbal communication skills, positive interpersonal skills, professional budget analysis work experience, advanced Excel expertise (which will be tested). Must be able to make successful public presentations and self-direct work. Job responsibilities include coordination with the Department of Personnel and Administration and all other Executive Branch agencies; in depth analysis of budget proposals, calculation, and spreadsheets; approval of state personnel estimates; setting statewide budget policy; provide recommendations to the Governor.
