CTR program summary

How will your employees know what commute benefits you’re offering unless you tell them?

The CTR law requires you to create a Program Summary that describes your commute program to employees. You are required to distribute this piece to all CTR-affected employees at least once each year and to new employees at the time of hire (the City of Seattle requires this be done twice each year). A company internet or intranet page describing your program may also be distributed in lieu of a paper document.

If you don't already have a Program Summary, here are two ways to get started!

  • Use our CTR Program Summary template (151KB .DOC) and graphics (159KB .ZIP) file, to customize and produce your own brochure in Word.
  • Use our commute brochure production service. You select photos, send us copy points and a logo and we will customize this four-color commute brochure (564 .PDF) for your company. The brochure is delivered to you in a .pdf format for electronic distribution or printing. The cost is $200 for a 4-page brochure and $300 for a 6 or 8 page brochure. Contact your ETR to order a brochure.
