• Bulletin for Agency Good Guidance Practices, adopted by the Office of Management and Budget

Comments

If you have comments on any of the Division’s significant guidance documents or wish to request the issuance, reconsideration, modification, or rescission of a significant guidance document, you may e-mail your comment or request to ATR-GuidanceComments@usdoj.gov.

You may use this same e-mail address to file complaints that the Antitrust Division is not following the procedures required by the Executive Order or Bulletin, or that the Division is improperly treating a significant guidance document as a binding requirement.

When submitting a comment or complaint, please identify the particular guidance document you are addressing. Because comments may be available for public inspection, the Antitrust Division cautions commenters against including personal information such as social security numbers and birth dates.
