Downsville Tornado early on March 7th 2003.
Damage in Lincoln Parish: Damage was minimal with isolated trees down and one barn roof damaged along and near Williams Road.
Tornado rating: F0.

Damage in Union Parish: A dozen homes damaged one and a half miles south of Downsville or just off LA Highway 151. Two homes were unroofed, with minor to moderate structural damage to the others. Numerous outbuildings damaged with trailer and shed tossed up and over one house and deposited on the other side of Highway 151. Two barns destroyed at end of track.
