2008 Cave Tour Schedule
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Tours last 90 minutes.

Spring
March 22 - May 23: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tours on the hour.
May 24 - June 20: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tours on the hour.               

Summer
June 21 - September 1: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tours every 30 minutes
Candlelight Tours: June 21 - August 30, Fridays and Saturdays at 6:30 pm
Off-Trail Tours: June 22 - September 7, Sundays at 12:30 pm

Fall
September 2 - October 13: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tours on the hour.
October 14 -October 26: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tours on the hour.
October 27 - November 30: Tours at 10 am, 12, 2, and 4 pm.
Closed Thanksgiving Day

September 8 - October 12: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tours on the hour.
October 13 -November 29: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Tours on the hour.

This snail was named after an employee of Oregon Cave, not because he was slow but because he wrote the technical description of the snail.  

Did You Know?
There is a snail that lives on the marble rock outcrops of Oregon Caves that has adapted to use the calcium from the rock to make its shell.
