Finance and Administrative Services
The City's financial sections provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial, facility and information management services. They provide these services to city departments, citizens and businesses in an innovative and efficient manner. These services include:

Divisions
The following divisions make up the Finance & Administrative Services Department:
- 311 Citizen Contact Center
The Citizen Contact Center is a centralized call center for the City of Albuquerque that is intended to make life a little easier for Albuquerque citizens. - Accounting
Responsible for the City's financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, special assessments and accounting user support.

The basic business of Fleet Management is the repair and maintenance of the City's fleet of vehicles and rolling stock.

Responsible for the operation of the City's mainframe computer, servers, network, radio, and telephone systems.

Provides material management support to user departments.
(505) 768-3320 - Risk Management
Responsible for minimizing the financial consequences of the City's exposure to risk. The services include tort and workers' compensation claims management, loss prevention, employee health, finance, substance abuse, and modified work programs.
