OSP Requests Assistance in Identifying Vehicle Related to Missing Moscow, Idaho Man

The Oregon State Police is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the operator of a vehicle that may have been involved in a series of events related to a missing Moscow, Idaho man.
 
The vehicle police are attempting to identify would have been traveling westbound on I-84 near the John Day River on 01-07-07 at approximately 5:55 pm. This vehicle would have been carrying a plastic dog kennel that fell onto the roadway. Police ask anyone with information that could help identify the driver of this vehicle to contact Trooper Preston at the Oregon State Police - The Dalles Patrol Office at 541-296-9646 or the 24-Hour dispatch number (800) 452-7888.
 
Police also request anyone who stopped to help at the crash scene also contact Trooper Preston at one of the above listed numbers.
