Detectives believe the suspect may have had contact with other underage victims. JOSEPH POLK, age 36, from Klamath Falls, was arrested by OSP detectives and lodged in Klamath County Jail on the following charges: * Sodomy in the Second Degree * Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree * Attempted Sodomy in the Second Degree * Attempted Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree * Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor The two-day investigation was initiated after information was provided by a local youth counselor that the victim disclosed she had made contact with someone in October 2005 who said he was a 15-year old. The contact originally was made over a MySpace account under the name "Boomalicious". The two arranged to meet, at which time the victim realized the suspect was older. During this pre-arranged meeting, the two engaged in sexual conduct including oral sex. Detectives believe there may be other victims contacted by the suspect.
