GOV. RITTER SIGNS HEALTH CARE, ECONOMIC-DEVELOPMENT BILLS

Gov. Bill Ritter signed nearly a dozen bills today that will improve health-care access and quality, enhance economic-development activities, establish an advisory panel for people with vision impairments and provide greater accountability for "527" political committees.
