Transportation & Bus Schedule
All buses load and depart from the Snowmass Conference Center Circle.
Snowmobiling: There will be two trips per day to snowmobiling. The first trip begins loading at 6:45 a.m., with buses departing at 7:15 a.m. The second trip starts loading at 9:00 a.m., and those buses depart at 9:30 a.m. You will be assigned to either the first or the second trip, so please check to make sure you load on the correct bus!
Sled Hockey: Buses will begin loading at 7:45 a.m., and will depart at 8:15 a.m.
Cross Country (Nordic) Skiing: The cross country venue is located at the Top of the Village. Buses will load in the conference center circle beginning at 8:15 a.m., departing at 8:45 a.m. These buses will run up and down throughout the day. There will be another bus loading at the conference center circle at 1 p.m. to transport cross country skiers to the Top of the Village. After unloading the 1 p.m. group, this vehicle will pick up participants at the Top of the Village and transport anyone wishing to return. At 3 p.m., buses will pick up everyone remaining at the Top of the Village.
All morning cross country skiers will eat lunch at the cross country venue, compliments of the Elks Lodge.
Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool Trip: Buses will begin loading at 9:30 a.m., and will depart at 10 a.m.
Trapshooting: Buses will start loading at 10 a.m., for a departure at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided at the trapshooting venue for all attendees.
Gondola Trip: Buses will begin loading at 10 a.m. and will depart at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided at the Aspen Elks Lodge for everyone attending.
Curling: Buses will begin loading at 12:40 p.m. and will depart at 1 p.m.
Fishing: Buses begin loading at 8:40 a.m. and depart at 9 a.m.
