The Minority Business Development Agency is soliciting operators for its Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC) Program in Honolulu, Miami and Oklahoma City.  A general notice was published in the Federal Register Notice on Wednesday, November 28, 2007.   In addition, a notice was also published in www.Grants.gov.

The deadline to apply under this competition is Friday, January 11, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Successful submission of an application is defined as MBDA having received the full package by the deadline.
