DESCRIPTION
CAUTIONBetween February 2001 and January 2003, the FBI, along with numerous other local, state and federal agencies, conducted an extensive investigation targeting the alleged manufacture and distribution of PCP and other controlled substances by the Ambrose Street Gang in Chicago. Juan Carlos Duran avoided arrest at the time charges were filed. Duran and Dionne Garcia are the sole remaining fugitives from the investigation, which yielded 51 indictments. An arrest warrant was issued on December 16, 2001, by the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, after Duran was charged federally with conspiring with others to possess and distribute PCP, and aiding and abetting. REWARDThe FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Juan Carlos Duran. SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS AND AN ESCAPE RISK ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPH Duran, his girlfriend Dionne Garcia, and three of the four children.
