eXPRS Payment System
The Department of Human Services is preparing to implement a new payment system for Developmental Disability, Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Services. It will replace the current payment procedures for services authorized under County Financial Assistance Agreements and direct contracts between DHS and service providers. It will not replace payments currently made by the Oregon Health Plan. The following documents provide background on the new payment system.
What changes and what doesn't The following documents describe changes anticipated in local business practices, pertaining to FY 2005-06, when the eXPRS payment system is implemented in July 2005: Planning is underway for changes that would occur in FY 2006-07 and will be provided here as they become available.
