| Tipo de planta de manzanilla (camomila) de flores blancas parecidas a las margaritas que se encuentra en Europa, América del Norte y la Argentina. Las flores secas se usan en tés para calmar y relajar, mejorar el sueño y para aliviar problemas estomacales. Su aceite esencial (líquido perfumado que se toma de las plantas) se usa en perfumes, champúes, cremas para la cara, lociones y aromatoterapia. Los nombres científicos son Chamaemelum nobile y Anthemis nobilis. También se llama manzanilla romana. |
