| Forma de activador del plasminógeno tisular que se produce en el laboratorio. Ayuda a disolver los coágulos de sangre y se usa para tratar ataques cardíacos, accidentes cerebrovasculares y coágulos en los pulmones. Asimismo, está en estudio para el tratamiento de cáncer. Es un tipo de trombolítico sistémico. También se llama activador del plasminógeno tisular recombinante, r-tPA y Activasa. |
