10 Yr Service Award

Mr. Doyle Sigman of Glenwood, Arkansas has been a cooperative observer for the National Weather Service for 15 years.  He has measured rainfall and mailed his measurements to the National Weather Service at the end of each month. These measurements are sent to the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina and eventually published to become a part of the permanent record of the world's weather.

For his efforts, Mr. Sigman received a 15 Year Length-of-Service Award in December, 2005.
