The Arbitrator concluded that the Agency violated the parties' collective bargaining agreement and law, rule and regulation when it denied the grievant's request to reinstate a flexiplace work schedule that had been implemented pursuant to a flexiplace work agreement with the Agency and was subsequently terminated by the Agency. The Arbitrator directed the Agency to grant the grievant's request to reinstate her flexiplace work schedule. The Authority found that the award did not violate the Agency's right to determine its organization denied the exceptions.
