Attached below is the Governor's Office of Information Technology's 2008-2011 Strategic Plan for the State of Colorado. This plan outlines the key strategic initiatives that my team has selected as the focus of State Information Technology for the next 4 years.

Colorado Consolidation Plan:

OIT is pleased to release the Colorado Consolidation Plan (C²P). Governor Ritter's IT consolidation legislation will be introduced by Senators Bill Cadman and John Morse and Representatives Andy Kerr and Bernie Buescher. Below you will find the link to the Colorado Consolidation Plan (C²P). The bill that will be introduced organizes IT into one distinct mission-oriented office, while the C²P lays out the high-level phases, steps, and change management aspects of the consolidation effort. The C²P will evolve over time as we continue to build our "body of knowledge" around consolidation. The two documents combined constitute the Governor's IT consolidation package for the State of Colorado.
