The following PDF documents list the plan amendments adopted by local governments and submitted to DLCD since January of 1987. There is one document per county, plus one for Portland-Metro.
Each file begins with county amendments and then includes cities´ amendments alphabetically. Within a city or county, amendments are listed from the oldest to the newest.
Files range in size from 15K (Wheeler County - 6 pages) to 370K (Washington County - 215 pages). Clackamas, Clatsop, Douglas, Jackson, Lane, Marion, and Multnomah County documents contain more than 100 pages.
They should be readable with Acrobat Reader 3.0 or newer.
* The Eugene/Springfield Metro amendments are included at the end of the Lane County document.
