"Good Guidance" Practices

The Office of Management and Budget has published requirements for agency guidance practices, which are available at http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/inforeg/regpol.html.

The Office of Management and Budget's Final Bulletin for Agency Good Guidance Practices establishes policies and procedures for the development, issuance, and use of significant guidance documents that the EEOC, as a federal agency, must follow when issuing such documents. If you believe that the EEOC is not following the procedures set forth in the Final Bulletin for Agency Good Guidance Practices or is improperly treating a significant guidance document as a binding requirement, you may send a complaint to the EEOC Office of Communications and Legislative Affairs by e-mail to GGP.Complaints@eeoc.gov.

Regulations and other documents that have been published for notice and comment may be viewed at http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main.

The federal government provides a web site for tracking regulations that have been submitted for review to the Office of Management and Budget at http://www.reginfo.gov/public/.
