Local citizens bring their herds to drink at a newly constructed well site in Shant Abak, Kenya, March 11, 2008. U.S. Navy sailors of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four Zero built the well, which can pump 25 gallons of water per minute, for local livestock.
