Commissioned Corps Pre-Retirement
The Office of Commissioned Corps Personnel, CDC will host a Retirement Seminar for all USPHS Commissioned Corps Officers. The seminar is scheduled for March 29 - 30, 2007, in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Thomas Berry, Commissioned Corps Retirement Coordinator will facilitate the seminar. The seminar is open to all PHS officers; however, CDC/ATSDR officers will be given priority seating until March 2, 2007. All others will be selected based on the order their registration forms were received. The seminar is limited to 100 people.
To register: Download, complete, and print the Retirement Seminar Registration Form. Please fax the completed form to Mr. Aaron Arnold at 770-488-1970. Please be sure to include your email address. Your registration will be confirmed via email no later than March 9, 2007.
