Custom orders of historic and current Video Log data are available upon request. However, we encourage you to first try using the online video service which is updated as highways are recorded.
Digital Video Log (DVL)
The highway numbers that you will see on the Digital Video Log and Available Video list are the ODOT highway numbers. These numbers are not the same as the Route numbers you see on roadside signs when driving on our highways. For those not familiar with our highway numbering system please use the Highway Cross Reference Table which corresponds the ODOT highway name and number with the posted route numbers.
Video Logs are available from 1986-Present. Jpeg images are also available for years 2001-Present. Custom requests are available on the media of your choice (VHS, DVD, CD, FTP Site). When placing a request, please be as specific as possible.
Be sure to include:
- Highway name and/or number
- A description of the area needed (by milepoint or cross streets)
- Direction of travel
- Year of video
- Media choice
- Continuous video or jpeg images
Please note that most highways are recorded on a rotating cycle. If you need to know what a highway looked like on a certain date, please furnish this information in your email and we will provide video/images for the closest matching date.

| Pricing |

$50 for the first tape, DVD, or CD and $6.50 for each additional Tape, DVD, or CD per order. This price reflects the cost of the media as well as staff time to process the order. We must receive payment before orders will be processed.
At this time small requests of still images posted on ODOT's FTP site are provided free of charge.
ODOT contractors: Video Log data will be provided free of charge when requested as part of an ODOT project. For our verification, please include an ODOT Project Manager name and phone number with your request.

| Video Log Library |
|
A Video Log Library is composed of a complete library of all current videos of the state highway system and annual updates. Partial libraries are also available. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Libraries are currently produced on DVD. VHS or SVHS tapes are available by special request.
Many customers have found they prefer the online Digital Video Log and do not need their own DVD library. We encourage you to try this online video service which is updated as highways are recorded.
