The American Cancer Society publishes this resource, which provides a set of simple tools for planning healthy meetings and events.
 
StairWELL to Better Health
This is an online toolkit developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It includes information on improving the visual appeal of stairwells, creating and testing motivational signs, installing music, and tracking stair usage.

Bright Futures in Practice: Nutrition
This guide emphasizes prevention and early recognition of nutrition concerns and provides developmentally appropriate nutrition supervision guidelines for infancy through adolescence. The guide contains strategies and tools to help health professionals provide screening, assessment, and counseling.
 
Fit WIC
Fit WIC is a USDA childhood obesity prevention initiative for the WIC program. Much of the information could be used for other community programs. The entire manual is online.

Provides resources on motivational interviewing for clinicians, researchers, and trainers. It includes general information about the approach as well as links, training resources, and information on research.
