OYA's Supervisor Course trains the key laws and procedures supervisors need to hone their leadership skills and stay ahead. Choose to update your knowledge on one or more of the topics. Then, implement what you learn and watch yourself rise to a new level of leadership expertise in your daily work! The classes in this course will benefit supervisors of all experience levels.

Your Presenters: We have recruited expert instructors from OYA, the Bureau of Labor and Industries and the Department of Administrative Services to deliver these "just in time" classes.

Who should take this course? These classes are for staff supervisors, including: Juvenile Department Directors, Detention Managers, Other new or veteran supervisors
Registration and Information

The cost of each class for non-OYA staff is $30. The cost includes class registration and all materials.
