This information is being collected by the Office of Small Business Programs
as a means of communicating with constituent groups interested in doing business
with the Department of Labor. The information will be used to distribute information
regarding OSBP and DOL programs, procurement opportunities, and compliance assistance;
solicit feedback on services to group members; and facilitate registration for
OSBP-sponsored Vendor Outreach Sessions and other activities.
Vendors may also submit information by faxing a registration form to the Office of
Small Business Programs at fax number 202-693-6485.
