Spotlight on Peace Corps Memoirs
Peace Corps Volunteers write. They write diaries, letters home, blogs, e-mails to friends. They struggle to capture the sights, smells, sounds, and tastes, once so foreign, that have now become familiar. These endeavors often become memoirs of two years in the Peace Corps. This month, World Wise Schools offers excerpts and readings from some compelling Peace Corps memoirs.
