The PBS Knowledge Management Division facilitates sharing and improving on what we already know, and helps identify and institutionalize what we don’t know enough of through the thoughtful, strategic use of information technology. We provide guidance and advice on managing content (what knowledge we want to share), collaboration (who we want to share knowledge with), and managing the delivery (how we want to share knowledge).

The Knowledge Management Division is responsible for leveraging the sharing of knowledge, information and data across the organization. It is responsible for identifying, capturing, analyzing and disseminating information. The Division will also evaluate the effectiveness of information and determine its relevance and validity to support PBS business.
