The Research and Expert Services Division supports GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) projects and programs by providing expert advice in developing and executing offerings, customer requirements and solutions that meet customer needs as well as ensuring the PBS expertise continues to be relevant, recognized and valued. The division provides the expert knowledge base for PBS nationwide on childcare, energy, environmental programs, sustainability and the workplace issues.
