Employment Services provides recruiting and advertising strategies to enhance diversity and quality of applicants by providing guidance and support in the hiring process; assessing the needs of the University to develop and enhance policies and procedures; facilitating career advancement opportunities at the University; and analyzing positions to ensure correct classification.
