The TBBL Service Area, on the 7th floor of the New York State Library, is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Generally, TBBL materials are mailed. For pick up, please call ahead to order and then pick up TBBL materials at the Circulation Desk of the Research Library on the 7th floor of the New York State Library. (For local information, see Directions and Parking.)
The Library is closed on New York State holidays.
