a. This is a follow-on requirement.

a. The expected award date is August 4, 2003.

a. Yes, the period of performance was (12) months from the date of contract execution, plus four (4) one year options at the discretion of the government. The Government has exercised all options.

a. A professional person year is between $90,000 and $100,000. This includes all costs.
