Check Grades

Students may check their grades through InfoShip. Choose "Registrar" menu, then look at your academic history. Winter 2008 term grades will be posted no earlier than Noon on Wednesday, January 21st.

Schedule Adjustment - Fall/Spring

Schedule Adjustment for undergraduate students begins Wednesday, January 7th according to the following schedule:

  • Wednesday, January 7th for returning seniors only
  • Thursday, January 8th for returning juniors
  • Friday, January 9th for returning sophomores and freshmen
  • Saturday, January 10th, for all students except new freshmen
  • New freshmen are not permitted to schedule adjust. Schedule adjustment ends on Friday, January 16th at 4:00 p.m.

    The hours for web schedule adjustment are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the last day of schedule adjustment.

    Graduate Students may change their schedule or add courses by contacting the Registrar's Office any time between Monday, November 17th through January 16th. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling.

    Application for Graduation

    The application for graduation deadline for Spring Graduation is Friday, January 23, 2009. Once received, these applications will be reviewed by the appropriate academic dean's office. This process will require approximately 8 weeks after the due date for applications. You may check your application status through the Student Information System. Following approval, you will receive a letter from the Registrar's office with information about the commencement ceremony.

    Last Day to Change Major into Impacted Programs

    Students may declare or change a major any time except for during scheduling, which includes schedule clean-up and the two weeks prior to scheduling. For the spring semester, changes will be accepted until Monday, March 2nd. Any changes submitted after this date will not be processed until scheduling is complete. Students who wish to declare a major in an impacted program must submit their request within the first three weeks of the semester in order to be considered. The following programs are currently impacted: Biology, Elementary Education and Communications/Journalism, Criminal Justice and Psychology. Students declaring other majors should submit requests during this period to allow them to be processed before scheduling for the next semester.
