Snow accumulation below 3000 feet elevation of 2 inches or greater
in 12 hours....or 4 inches or greater in 24 hours.
Snow accumulation at or above 3000 feet elevation of 4 inches or greater
in 12 hours...or 6 inches or greater in 24 hours.
